Hey all!  I’ve finally wrapped up the editing of our first SRC teen discussion.  I will confess to you that we are struggling with our audio quality right now, and that means that this summer, our audio isn’t top notch.  So, I apologize for that.  But, we do have some interesting discussion here.  And we hope it will aid you in your reading of N.D. Wilson’s The Dragon’s Tooth.  And hopefully by the end of the summer, we’ll have some top notch recording systems in place.

In our dicussion today, we have 1) Gina Dalfonzo, editor of Breakpoint Youth Reads, 2) Hayley Schoeppler, RR’s executive assistant and Older Readers Assistant Editor, and 3) Amos Peck, Redeemedreader intern.  And of course, I’m Emily Whitten, your host…so welcome to our first teen list discussion!

Happy reading! (And do remember that next week we’ll be off, but we do hope to post our Story of Owen discussion on Saturday.)

Thanks for a great discussion! My daughter (13) and I enjoyed listening to the various responses to the list of questions. We will be looking a little harder at bad guys as we continue reading. We have already requested the next two books in the series from the library and look forward to digging in.

Re. Owen – Since I had already reserved it, I went ahead and read the first 50 pages, then did some inspectional reading, then picked up the last three chapters. I’m glad you shifted gears. 🙂
